Rev. Aaron L. Moss is a passionate advocate for mental health and personal growth, serving as the CEO and Founder of Trinity Life and Mental Health Coaching (www.trinitycoachinggroup.com). Through his organization, he empowers individuals to overcome life’s challenges and discover healing, resilience, and purpose. In addition to his work in mental health coaching, Rev. Moss is the pastor of Gray’s Temple C.M.E. Church in Pleasant City. With over two decades of ministry experience, he has led congregations across multiple states, offering guidance, hope, and spiritual leadership to diverse communities. His journey began at Phillips Memorial C.M.E. Church in Louisville, KY, and he has since served churches in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida.
Beyond his pastoral and coaching roles, Rev. Moss is a corporate leader at Choice Hotels International, where he serves as Owner & Portfolio Strategy Operations Director for the Southeast Region. His leadership extends to advocacy and diversity initiatives, as he chairs CHAARGE (Choice Hotels African American Resource Group for Employees) and has played a pivotal role in developing wellness programs and mentorship opportunities for African American professionals.
A dedicated mentor, Rev. Moss has worked with the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis and has founded initiatives like Boys II Men and Bless Your Hearts, programs designed to uplift and support underprivileged youth. His life’s mission is centered on humility and service, echoing the words of Colossians 1:25-29 and the timeless song by Mahalia Jackson, “If I Can Help Somebody”.
